email report at certain time

I want to email out a report at a certain time everyday. I set up a macro
that runs when the file is opened to export the snapshot report to outlook
and I set up the scheduled tasks to run when I want the report sent. All of
this works until after the snapshot is export to Outlook - Outlook pops up a
message "a program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do
you want to allow this?"
I have looked in all the outlook settings and do not know how to turn this
off. Is there a way around this

There is a setting in Outlook if you go into Tools/Options.
You then need to select the Security tab. There is a checkbox that is next
to the text "Warn me when other applications . . . " You must de-select this.

Hopefully this will work for you.

I do not have the option in outlook. I am running W2k with Office 2003.
Should this be available in my version?
