It sounds like you should open a recordset containing the employee info.
Loop through the recordset using the data to set the criteria for the
report. No need to change report source.
Then send or print as determined by existance of email address.
Exactly how you export the report depends on what is in it. Bear in mind the
the only built-in Access export method that will retain lines, images, etc.

They would need to download the small, free snapshot viewer from Microsoft.
I have not used it myself in an app as I have been using PDF. You might want
