email replies

I also put this question in another forum. I'm using Outlook 2003 for the
first time. When I email someone, they can't reply. They get some kind of
message. They can, however, initiate an email and I will get it, but they
can't reply to mine. Any help? Please
 
You first - what is the exact error message they get?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

The crystal ball says that you have specified either an incorrect sender to
Reply-To address.
