Client: Outlook 2000
Server: Exchange Server 2000

Description of problem:
When a user sends any email, it remains in the Outbox. The strange
part is that the message is really being sent. When you open the
message in the Outbox, it states that this message has not been sent.
Additionally, the message in the outbox is in italics (not the text of
the message but how it is displayed in the Outbox)

I have been asking that same question several times here over the past few
months. No one seems to have answered it. Maybe I missed the response one
time. I find that mine do NOT send -- I have to open the mail up again by
clickin on it and clicking the send button again. Often I have to di this
several times before it's send. I have outlook 2000 and windows XP.

The stranges part of all of this is that it's not consistent. SOmetimes the
mail is sent immediately. Other times it is not. Please let me know if you
learn anything more!
Thanks
