Need a recommendation for an email client that will separate the in
box into different folders ( for service1,service2, ,...). The reason
is I get different amounts of spam in each account

I've been trying mozilla thunderbird, but it does not seem to do it.
Any recommendations

Mozilla Thunderbird is not quite ready for prime time. But,
big brother (full package) Mozilla is. Version 1.7 is ready for
download, and its mail function does exactly what you desire. So,
does (unrelated to Mozilla) Foxmail 5.

You could use the build of Agent you are posting with. Agent's email
filters are excellent and you can direct your mail wherever you want.

For multiple pop delivery into Agent have a look at Xray which is
totally wonderful. A real bonus with XRay is that it lets you filter
your outgoing 'from' field... so you can have a different 'from' field
for mail and news.
Excellent app.

Why download the mail to your HD in the first place when you can preview
and filter it on the server with Magic Mail Monitor?

I have six pop accounts going into a single instance of Agent using
XRay; they first get filtered on the server with MMM.

Opera.
(The free version comes with an advertisement banner in the upper, right
corner.)
