Email recipient doesnt have Powerpoint

I have Powerpoint 2007 and want to know how to email a Powerpoint slide
presentation to a large group of people, some of whom do not have Powerpoint.
In older versions I had to send links on how to download to view. Is this any
easier to do in this new version or does the recipient still have to download
something? Daoes saving as a pps solve this or do I still have to do
something else?

If there are no animations on your slides, you can save the presentation as
a PDF file. Office 2007 has a built-in PDF converter. They will of course
need the Adobe Reader to view that. But that program should be installed on
98% of all computers (at least Adobe says so ...).

Regarding the PowerPoint Viewer: I am sure, most people who are interested
in presentations will already have the PowerPoint Viewer installed. But the
Viewer 2003 is still more frequent than the Viewer 2007 - so downsaving to
97-2003 format might be a good idea, anyway.

Why not save as a Web page, putting all of the resources in one folder, then save as an Internet Explorer .mht file ?
Then anyone with a browser can open it.

Just my 2 cents worth...

There are many software can make the process easier, I have done this
before ,I play it on DVD, I used an all-in-one PowerPoint to video
converter, you can also have a try from the website:
