Email Question

I am getting a popup window that reads: "POP3 is unable
to connect to Outlook contact ISP". I contacted Dell as
I recently purcashed this computer with Outlook 2002
installed. They referred me to my ISP which is Comcast
and Comcast referred me to Microsoft. I currently have
everything correct for my mail set up (according to Dell
and Comcast). I have Comcast as my default ISP and
Inreach (my former ISP which will be disconnected as of
November 11th) as a secondary so I can run both through
Outlook and receive emails until that date (I am paid
through November 11th with Inreach). My operating system
is "WindowsXP Professional. Can you help? Do NOT want
to pay for this question to be answered. Thank you.
 
Which version of Outlook are you using? Also, what are your POP3 and SMTP
server names?
 
That's odd. Right click on the toolbar and make sure that the "standard"
toolbar is selected. Also, make sure that there isn't a "more buttons" or
something drop down arrow on the far right of the toolbar. Your send/receive
button might just be hidden.
