Good afternoon,

I need to easily and quickly email a PDL to my IT manager. Can I do this
directly w/out having to export to excel and then import to his Outlook and
create the list all over again?

Great. But how do I do that? Are u meaning to save the pdl w/ an RTF
extension and then attach that to an email, or what do you mean by attaching
as an "Outlook Item"? And RTF message? Thanks. I really appreciate your
assistance.

Sure. Just attach it as an Outlook Item to an RTF message.

Create a message in RTF format.
Use the Insert Item command to attach the DL.

Magnificent. Ok. 2 things: When I create a new message, one just pops up and
I don't see an option in my "New" Menu to create an RTF message, how do I do
this? Next, once I can Insert this to an RTF message, what does he need to do
to get the transfer this pdl to make a pdl in his contacts?

How you select your message format depends on your Outlook version and
editor, neither of which you mentioned.
The recipient only needs to open and save the item to put it in his Contacts
Folder.

After your compose window is up, click Format>Rich Text.
