When looking at my sent emails, some of my reciepients names have a single
quote mark surrounding the name (like this '(e-mail address removed)'), while other
names will not have this quote mark.
I have been able to determine that in my contact list, if I right click on
the email address, then select "properties", that the names with the quote
marks are set to "email type"= custom type. The other setting which does not
produce the quote marks is "email type"= SMTP Internet type.
As all my contacts are internet users, I do not know how "custom type" got
set on many of my contacts. And I have not been able to determine what this
does, or how it effects anything. Can anyone tell me what this setting does?
Should I go though and change all of them to Internet type? Or is there an
easy automated way to accomplish this?
