problem...im kinda new at this so go easy with me...lol

Hi, Ronnie.

There could be several causes for this, but the most common one is that your
Internet cache is full. It's easy to empty the cache; that may fix your
problem.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools | Internet Options... There on the first
(General) tab, in the middle is a section called Temporary Internet Files
(TIF). These are the "cached" copies of pages you've recently downloaded
from the Internet. TIF can hold only so much and it's pretty easy to get it
so full that it can't accept any more, especially some kinds of graphics
files, which can be very big. So, click the middle button there that says
Delete Files...; that will bring up a small window confirming that you
really want to do this, and offering to delete offline content as well,
which is probably not necessary. Click OK and it should free up enough
space to download your pictures.

For email, there is a different procedure. Many viruses and other bad stuff
get distributed in email attachments - even by friends who don't know they
are doing it. So, OE6 is set by default to NOT open such attachments. If
you are SURE it's OK, then click Tools | Options... | Security and remove
the check from the box that starts Do not allow attachments... It's a good
idea to check the box again after you open or save the attachment you trust.
(You wouldn't want to accidentally open one of those bad files like I'm
getting many times a day with the Sobig worm! Those are actually NOT from
the sender that it says it is From.)
