After applying SP2 to Windows XP home, I can no longer
send imbedded pictures in an email message using Outlook
Express.

Open Outlook Express and from the toolbar select:
Tools > Options > Security, uncheck "Block images
and other external content in HTML e-mail", then
click on Apply.

Images are blocked when you open an e-mail message in Outlook Express
on a Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer

I have the same problem. The messege usually reads "Unable to load
PSut9532.dll (or some other number) Photo Deluxe will not support 16 bit
plugins." Is that close to your problem?

That's already unchecked, but thanks anyway.

Nope. I don't get any kind of error message. It's just
that the recipient doesn't receive the image, only a box
with the little red X in it.
