Email problems using ie 6 and outlook express

When I am surfing the internet and try to send an email from a link on a web
page my email tries to keep opening email after email forever....
I have trie outlook 2003 with the same resulkts.
However if I just open my email and type in the info it will send it as it
should. Also if I log in as another user on my computer it works fine under
someone elses log in.
Cananyone give me any suggestions.
