I have the same problem, Outlook Express is blocking my
access to the attachments "claiming, they are unsafe". A
Lot of B.S. I just received an E-mail with two
attachments Outlook Express allowed one through and
blocked the other, I want an Explination. My business
requires attachments and my ability to open them. If O.E.
is going to play God with my E-mail, I'm going to have to
find another server. Cliff
