Music Lover

we have configured to send email through our ISP email server.
we have sent one email on 3 Jul.
our friends keep on receiving the same email messages for many times even
after 3 Jul.

running the latest version of Norton Anti Virus and scanned but no virus
found

Any insight to this problem?

Thanks

They have their email client set to leave copies of email on
the server. It is their email program that is retaining the
email. This is because POP mail is normally downloaded and
then deleted from the POP server. But if you want to check
email at the office and then at home or on the road, then
you set the server to "leave a copy on server."

Are they using a Mail Client (e.g., Outlook Express)? Is their account a
POP3, HTTP or IMAP account? I would venture to say the problem is
definitely on their end somewhere.
