I already posted this once but apparently lost my connection. If this is a
repeat, I's sorry. I was just wondering if user error is causing the
problems folks arehaving with email and Internet connectivity? I use AOL and
have not had problems with either issue. I have Windows Defender set to alert
me to changes in "allowed" and in "not yet classified" applications. I do NOT
have Defender set to "apply actions" after scanning, because I would rather
examine detected issues and decide for myself. Is it possible that some users
are unknowingly blocking a component of their email or intenet connectivity
without investigating their Defender "history" to see what actions have been
applied? Just wondering. This issue seems common so it would be best if
someone with expertise would address it.
