Email problem in Vista Home Premium

I have a problem with an Email I can't seem to get rid of (see below).

How do I remove this email?

It's not a WEB site. It's another newsgroup in Microsoft Communities if you
are referring to: microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail

It's not a website. It's a newsgroup. The best way to access it is through a
newsreader.
