Email packages

I want to use another email package to complement Pegasus Mail (which I
currently use) which I need to do all of what Pegasus Mail does and the
following...

- MUST be able to switch "identities" to send email using different SMTP
servers.
- To collect email from multiple accounts (domains) and send them all to a
default in-box (like Pegasus).
- Freeware, obviously.
- Decent archiving / search like PM.
- To not have an install that craps all over a hard drive, into windows
directories and into the registery making it impossible to backup /
restore.

Anyone know of such a package?

That appears to be the only new requirement.

PMail's identies won't allow this?
