XP pro on one PC, W98 on another. XP attaches to ISP and both PC's can access (IE6) via modem OK
Use outlook (not express) on XP pc to access mail and all OK - plain dial up to ISP
How do I set up the W98 outlook to log onto a different pop server via the XP's modem
Not sure if this is a network or outlook problem, so sorry if in wrong newsgroup

Tim,

enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the computer that is
connected to the modem.

Tim,

then my first suspicion would be that the problem has nothing to
do with the Internet Connection Sharing, but is instead merely a
problem of setting Outlook properly on the other computer.

Does this help or was it obvious?
