I am still trying to find out how to format email links from my website. I
am kind of a dummy when it comes to puter language so if someone could
simplify instructions as to how to properly install a default client so I can
use email on the website to contact key people from my website, would really
appreciate it.

The option for setting up a default email client application would be under whatever browser you are
using, which have nothing to do with FP and create a email link.

Not real sure what exactly you're asking...you go from "format email links"
to "properly install a default client" to "use email on the website to
contact key people". If it's simply providing an email address to contact
people, the format is "href="mailto:[email protected]". This will open you up
to lots of spam though when the web bots harvest the email address. You may
want to look for alternatives to posting your email address on the worldwide
web.

Hi Mike
Are you trying to have email links on your website that when a person clicks
on the link there email program is opened and they can then send key people
an email?
if so then you can do this by creating some text, select the text, right
click and select hyperlink and then email address, fill out the fields

Can you clarify which of these is your question, since it's not at all
clear? They all have different answers.

1. How should I properly format email links on my website?
or
2. How should I install an email client on my own local machine, and set it
as the default email client?
or
3. How can I personally contact people directly from my web site?
or
4. How can I allow anyone who needs to to contact people directly from my
web site?
