email on outlook

Can anyone help me with getting my e-mails on microsoft outlook. ever since I got DSL I could not open my e-mails on outlook I get a popup screen of postoffice-----, mailbox----, and password. does anyone know what is going on?

Sounds like a configuration problem. I get the same
sometimes with my cable modem provider (especially after
I reinstall). Verify your POP and SMTP values - they are
usually listed on the ISP's website.
