email OL2003 contains full header on Win7

Since running a clean install of Win7 32 and reinstalling office 2003 some
emails are arriving in plain text with full header info in the body of the
email message. Not certain but, this may also be related to office 2003
updates failing to run since being reinstalled.
 
Thnaks, Diane. Once I turned off AV's scan email that problem was solved.
Now off to track down why AV is causing the problem.
