email notification using Microsoft agents

is there any freeware email notification programs that will notify me when I
receive new email by utilizing the Microsoft agents?

In other words, I basically want to be notified when new email arrives the
same way that the program incredimail does.

Even better, I'd love for this email program to also have the ability to
first display and/or delete the selected messages before downloading them
(kind of like the program mail washer does).

The only program that I could find thus far that is freeware that has both
of the above features is the program: mail inspector. However, I'm hoping
that some other freeware program has these same two features.

Any help and/or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

PP MailCheck http://ppsoft.dk/Mailcheck_eng.htm will check your mail at
predefined time intervals. When you receive a new message it can inform you
with a sound, popup and/or balloon hint. It will also allow you to view your
e-mail on the server, and to delete it from the server.

Don't know what a Microsoft Agent is. Haven't ever used Incredimail. Hope PP
MailCheck is similar to what you are looking for.
