When I click on the link in the email notification that my question has been
answered, I get a blank page rather than being taken to to this Excel site
with the question I posted and its answer(s). I cannot figure out what the
problem is. Can someone give me a suggestion(s) on how I can correct this
problem?

Thank you.

You don't say what site you are on, so it makes it almost impossible to assist you.

However, a much easier/better way to read/respond/follow-up in MS newsgroups is
to use Outlook Express. You get direct access without going thru a website.

Jim, thanks for your response. I am using MSN.com, and I did not have this
problem in the past. I have not been using Outlook Express because Qwest, my
carrier, does not use it.

What do you mean by "I have not been using Outlook Express because Qwest, my
carrier, does not use it."?

Firstly Qwest give instructions on using OE with its own news server:
http://www.qwest.net/help/newsgroups.html

And secondly, whether or not your ISP has its own server, you can access
these groups by using Microsoft's own server. Perhaps you need to try
re-reading the links which you were given?

David, thank you very much for your response. When I signed on with Quest, I
was told by one of their technical people that Quest did not use Outlook
Express because it caused too many problems. Obviously, I was not given the
correct information. I am reading the links given above, and I will read the
Qwest link you gave. Again, thank you very much.

I've been having the same problem for a long time and accidently just
stumbled upon an answer. Although those links are to the right place, one
needs to be logged on to the site in order for them to work. If you go to the
Communities site first and log on then the link will open properly. I'm
wondering if using the "Save my email and password" option would eliminate
having to do this but I haven't tried that yet.
