email not received from one sender

My email works well all the time in Outlook 2007 except for one friend who
correctly addresses an email to me but I never receive it. We have been on
the phone and tested everything we can think of but no success. He is
addressing me correctly. My address is in his contact list correctly. He
receives my emails. He tests by replying to my email. He tests by typing in
my email address. His address is in my contact list. His mail does not go
in my junk folder. He has earthlink. I have nc.rr.com. Help will be
appreciated. Thanks

This sounds like a delivery problem. SOmething between your mail server and
his is failing to deliver. Try the easiest place first. Log into your Road
Runner mailbox using a web browser and see of that person's mail is in the
junk folder on the server.
