I am required to leave Outlook open on my desktop in order for my wireless
sync application to work with my PDA, but no email comes into my Inbox unless
the screen is manually refreshed - any way I can change that? I have Outlook
2000 and am connected to an exchange server. Thanks for any suggestions.

Also try disabling cached Exchange mode in Outlook. Could be you need
to switch to manual polling for new mail; see
