email msg in "INBox" lost after reading closing out

This has just started recently....when I open a message
to read and close out.....it's gone...not in "Delete
Folder'

I've tried flagging for follow-up but that is ineffective.

As a work around, I've created a separeate folder when I
transport messages that I'm certain that I will want to
read again etc. before opening them. If I open them they
are lost forever.

Any insight you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Check your view. View, Current View. Make sure it's not set to Unread
Messages.
