Email mot displaying automatically

Hi All

I have a couple of users who are having problems with Outlook 2002, where
emails are not being displayed automatically in their inbox. In order for
them so see any new mails they have to click on another mail then the new
items suddenly appear.
All the users have blackberry's with the email set to redirect to the
berry's when they hit the mailbox, which seems to work fine, its just that
the mail does not show in outlook!

I have tried recreating the mail profile but the same problem occurs. Any
ideas greatly accepted.

Did you find a solution for this problem ? I'm having the same problem here
with 1 laptop.
 
Hi

Yes have maganed to resolve this. I ran the repair office tool in
add/removed programs then ran outlook /clean views and it worked straight
away. This did not take too long as office is installed from the network
(about 3mins!), so it was not worth investigating further. Hope this helps
for you.
