Email Misdirection

I'm having trouble with receiving email in the appropriate
email accounts set up in Outlook. I have five accounts
set up for individuals with a single master account
holder. While each appears to be set up with their own
identity, when receiving email, oftentimes the email is
directed to the original account. On occasion, when the
email is correctly directed into the proper subaccounts,
when replying, the reply appears to come from the master
account holder.

My internet provider does not support Outlook, only
Outlook Express. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Thanks!

Are these individual POP accounts, or a single one with multiple aliases?
You'll really need it to be the former if you want individual mail profiles
for each user, as you ideally should use.

It is a single account with multiple aliases, which I
thought might have something to do with it. It just
stumps me because of the inconsistency in the way messages
are received. Sometime they make it into the right
mailbox, and sometimes they don't. I'll contact my
provider again to discuss. Thanks!
