email message form in Outlook

I want the "from" line to be shown on the email message form. I have several email accounts and want to be sure that my email reflects the right account to which to reply. This was standard on Outlook Express. Thanks.
 
What version/mode of Outlook? What are you using as e-mail editor - Word?
