I have received email messages that crash my inbox, and
hence outlook. This occurs when the message receives
focus or when it is attempted to be opened. Archiving
the messages in the folder corrects this process.
The message is free of viruses and from a known sender
with a known type of attachment, such as MS word file.
Can anyone help?
