Can anyone tell me how to perform an email merge without hyperlinks to a web site being converted to text.
I have selected contacts in Outlook and then selected Mail merge, I have a word document in which I can successfully load each contacts name. I also have a link to a web page in the document which is retained once I complete the merge but is converted to text in the emails that are created. I have followed instructions on using field codes ( Hyperlink etc ) but all to mo avail.
I am using Word 2003 and Outlok 2003 on windows XP Pro SP3.
Any help would be very much appreciated
