Email merge

I have approx 200 email addresses. I need to send a form letter to
each address, but within the form letter I need to have a unique
username and passord for each recipient. Is there a way to do an
email merge with Outlook 2000? How can I find out about this? If
this is not the correct newsgroup please direct me to the right one.

I have everything in an Excel file:

FirstName
LastName
Email
Username:
Password:
 
And your issue is? (It really helps if you keep all the germane information together in the current post.)

Is the Excel file set up so that each record is in its own row? DId you create a named range covering the data to be merged?
