Email Marketing Service Tracking results not working

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the Email Marketing Service. I try to send a
campain type of "Email" and then use the "Email Marketing Service" to
send it (and attach a Word file I want to send containing hyperlinks).
I then Launch the campain successfully.

However, when I receive the test email, I reply to it, and also click
on the hyperlinks in the attached Word document which becomes embedded
in the email, but the tracking results in the Track View of the
campaign are not changing (i.e. number of clicks =0 and number of
replies =0).

Is this a bug? Has anybody else noticed this? Is this how the tracking
results work? I think I need some clarification.

I, also, cannot make this work.

The 'service' appears to be live in that it logs in and reports used credits
accurately but no results ever return to the BCM tracking screen.
