I just loaded Business Contact Mgr. and it says I have 150 credits. what are
credits?
Does this mean that after 150 emails I have to pay for more? How much?

Hi John,

The 150 credits are in reference to email sent via the Email Marketing
Service. The sevice allows you to send emails to customers and track if the
mails were sent, bounced, and if any embedded links were clicked. You can
access this service by creating a marketing campaign.

You can still send and recieve emails from your normal email account free of
charge and those are not part of the 150 credits from the Email Marketing
Service.

How, from where do I purchase additional credits?

Jerry,

How do you acquire more credits, what do they cost? Our company plans on
doing a substantial number of email broadcasts and will need far more than
300 credits
per month. We are considering other CRM programs because they include
unlimited email broadcast (not spam).
