Email Mailshot

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but can anyone point me in
the right direction, please.

I am doing a names and addresses database in Access 2000 for a charity in
which I also store email addresses. They want to be able to do email
mail-shots now and again, using Outlook. Is there a way of doing this,
perhaps from a query which shows title, firstname, surname, email address
(and obviously the text of the mailshot, which will be the same to every
recipient).

Hi Laura,

Here are links to several articles that describe how to do this. Post back
if you have trouble trying to implement one of these:

Thank you Sandra,

I think that with some modifications, once I understand it totally, this is
the one that will work for my needs..

I will probably use a query to pick out the email addresses, but it shoudl
work - many thanks for the pointer, you've saved me a lot of time and work!
