Email Mail Merge

I formatted a MS Word document using the web layout view however when it
emails the format is all over the place please advise
 
Advise posting with enough clarity and detail for someone to understand what
you are attempting to say in an appropriate group. You did neither.
 
I have created a mail merge in ms word that includes various formatting, I
want the document to appear as it shows in MS word however when I merge it to
Outlook the alignments of pictures, font etc. are not the same as in the word
document how can I correct that.

Ask in Word's mail merge group. When you do, be prepared to post complete
detail in how you are formatting the document.
