Email lookup feature suggests duplicates

When typing in the email address recipients, Outlook can suggest a name I've
already typed in.

e.g. select John Smith in the to field, start typing John again and his name
comes up as a suggestion.

And your "suggestion" is WHAT? Suggestions are not questions.
