Email Lists - Distribution email

I would like to be able to create an email Distribution list. So that from
word or outlook I can send a group of contacts an email with one single click
and not have to enter or search (and add) each individuals email address.

Is there a way to set this up in Outlook 2010 or 2007?

Don't use Distribution Lists. Use Categories. Far easier to maintain and
more robust.
 
Categories are not always a good alternative for DL's. DL's may work better
for some users depending on their needs. They need to be able to use both
and see which option works better for them.
Not sure why the question was posted in the first place. How to create a DL
is pretty obvious:
File > New > Distribution List.
Was there some part of the question I'm missing?
