I feel stupid but here goes. Just got Outlook 2007. Using Office 2007. Have a huge list of contacts in Excel spreadsheet. Want to send email flyer to this list but have not been able to figure out how to pull the emails from Excel into Outlook. I have spent the last 2 days looking though hints/tips and online help and am at wits end.

Is there a limit to the number of email contacts you can pull into Outlook

You've not found File-Import then?

If you only want to send the flyer out and not actually want them as Outlook
Contacts, you can do a mail merge with the Excel sheet as the source as
well.

In order to import an Excel sheet as Outlook Contacts, make sure you created
headers for your columns and a named range. For more info on how to do that
