Email Links Don't Work

After intalling some Microsoft and Symantec (Norton) Anti-
virus updates when I click on an email(Outlook Express)
link nothing happens. My browser(Internet Explorer) won't
open and take me to the new site.

Close all open Internet Explorer and Outlook Express windows. Go to Start /
Run and type in: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL (including the space) Press the OK
Button.

Click to confirm the succeeded message.

Control Panel / Internet Icon / Programs Tab. Click the "Reset Web Settings"
Button. Exit all running programs and reboot the computer.

Paul,
Try this: Start/Run/type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" [less the quote markers]
and click "OK". You should see a box that this action succeeded. If it
did, close Outlook Express if it is open. Re-open Outlook Express and
see if your problem is solved.
