Everytime I try and click a link to an email address, it brings up the "page
not found" garbage. Well, on occasion it works; it'll prompt for my msn.net
password and login name and work fine. But lately, it never works. Hotmail
is my default email as well as IE being my default browser. Any solutions to
this?

This is the error message I usually get:

Server Error in '/' Application
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its
dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is
temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that
it is spelled correctly.

Requested Url: /secure/start

I have the same problem and can't seem to get MSN or help from
anywhere. It seems like hotmail changed their domain to
hotmail.msn.com. However, I found a work around.

When the error appears, at the top,
http://www.hotmail.com/secure.......I add msn after the hotmail like
this:
http://www.hotmail.msn.com/secure....... and then click "go".

your hotmail account will then come up.

Someone suggested that I change the "mailto" protocol in my registry,
but I have yet to find where.

Hope this helps

You're welcome Linda. BTW, as this problem is server related, I believe MS
will fix this issue quickly.
