Email issues since installing BCM with Outlook 2007

Ever since installing BCM last week, my Outlook email no longer works.
Period. Out network admin has gone over every possible cause and cannot
locate where the problem is (we've even gone so far as to uninstall BOTH
Outlook and BCM, twice, and reinstall - this hasn't corrected the problem).

All patches and updates have been done. The only way I can get my Outlook
email to work is to disable the BCM.

I've searched high and low on the web for others who've encountered this
problem, but can't see to find anyone else....

Any suggestions/ideas?

Its been my experience that Outlook / BCM 2007 have been a horrid
combination when working on top of Windows XP Pro. We have recently
tried running these two applications on top of Windows 7 and it seems
to run much better. I've side stepped using Vista in our network but
we were on XP Pro and we have had a heck of a time with it. I've read
all of www.slipstick.com's thoughts on Outlook being slow here..
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/slow.htm I do recall them
saying that if you had an issue with BCM then uninstall it and stop
using BCM with Outlook, however I can no longer find that page on
Slipstick's site..

If you can afford this buy a new hard disk drive install Windows 7 and
do a trial migration to see if a new OS (along with the same
applications) might work for you? Its just a thought!
