email is not working

I cannot seem to get me e-mail to woork for incoming or outgoing email.
Every time that I think it is fixed, surpise, there is still the blaank
screen. Help, please. Thanks to all. Pat

Since you posted with a @sbcglobal.net email address, I will assume
that is the account you are trying to set up in Windows Mail.
