i now know that my servers are POP3 and SMTP , so what do i actually type in
the 2 boxes , i tryed just typing the pop3 in one and smtp in the other , but
says unable to find servers, please help cheers ray

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will provide you with the details.
Call them or visit their website.
 
You need to get these form your ISP's set up information.

e.g. That would need to be something like, (for me on Wanadoo ..oops!
....Orange),

pop.wanadoo.co.uk (you don't type in the "3")

and

smtp.wanadoo.co.uk

....though I think they've got new server addresses now with the word
"orange" in it.
