My boss was setting up some rules to delete spam. At some point, all the
email in her inbox disappeared and she had LOTS. I have searched high and
low, they did not go into her deleted folder or any sub folder. Yesterday we
installed Norton Internet Security, today she installed an update from
Microsoft. We did a system restore to return to the beginning of today
before the update but after the Norton install, still no emails. She is
receiving new emails now, but where did the others previously in her inbox
go? FYI, she only has one email account.
