Using a P4 with XP Pro, IE6 for browsing and Netscape 4.8
as an email client, I wish when using my email, to be
able to click on any hypertext, links, etc., and have IE6
respond and open the site...not Netscape's browser.
I have been cutting and pasting links into IE in an
effort not to use Netscape's browser. I do not wish to
use Outlook. I have tried several ways of making IE the
default browser, and for all purposes but what I've said
here, it is my default browser...but whenever I am in my
email client and I need to access the Internet, it opens
Netscape.
Is there anyway to accomplish this?
Thank you.

Bob,

You may want to modify the Netscape prefs file to set the default url
handler. Check out with Netscape support.
