email header path

Hi, I have to send the full email path to back up a complaint I have on a
website. This is the one with all that info we don't normally see. there
help was to say to look in our email help but I have to no avail. I am not
sure if I am naming it right but it looks like this Return-Path:
Received: from mail-pacbell.net (mail-gw5.pacbell.net [206.13.28.23]) by

ixmail9.ix.netcom.com (8.8.7-s-4/8.8.7/(NETCOM v1.01)) with ESMTP id;
For ; Mon, 22 Mar 2007 06:34:48 -0800 (PST)

Select the email, then press Ctrl-F3

highlight the part you want, right-click and select Copy

Ctrl-F3 only works if you're viewing the message, either in the Preview Pane
or its own window.
 
There should be more "Received:" headers than what you have shown.
If you will post all of those headers, I can give you information about the
originator of that email. From what you have included, it looks like that
message was sent from San Francisco, CA.
