The used version of Outlook Express. You see this version in Outlook
Express under

? | Info

The actual version on a Windows XP based computer is 6.00.2900.2180

To get the actual updates for OE visit

1. Is it that the sender of the email used these OE? Can it be fakes?

2. Is 2800.1158 a version number?

Yes!

Can it be fakes?

Outlook Express always sends this information in the header of an email.
I don't think that this header has been faked, but it's sure possible.
2. Is 2800.1158 a version number?

Yes!

All e-mail headers can be faked except for those prepended by the last
(receiving) mail server.

It's [the last] part of it.
