Email hang-ups

My office is running Windows 2000 Server, Terminal Services. One user has two separate vendors whose emails present problems on her workstation.

When she receives an email from them and attempts to either reply or forward the message, her station freezes. I had the vendor send an email to my address, and I could not duplicate the error.

She receives and replies to other outside emails with no problems.

I have tried deleting 'Contact' information from Outlook for the vendor, which did not help.

Any ideas?

How about plain text messages from these senders, with no attachments - do
they have the same problem?
