EMAIL GOES TO DELETE

MY INCOMING EMAILS ARE GOING DIRECTLY TO THE DELETE BOX. MICROSOFT OFFICE
OUTLOOK

What version of Outlook? What type of mail account? Do you see your new,
unopened emails in your Deleted Items folder?

You accidentally have your capslock key turned on. It makes your typing
difficult to read.

yes, I see the unopened mail in the deleted box. I have Microsoft office
Outlook 2007. I am not sure what kind of mail acct i have. how can I tell?

What type of mail account did you set up? POP3, IMAP, Hotmail Connector,
Exchange?

Do you have rules redirecting mail? Junk mail filter? SPAM filter?

POP3, yes i do have junk mail and spam filters. I have had this same account
for about 3 years. Nothing has changed. One day this week i noticed I
wasn't getting any mail, and i looked in the deleted folder and there it all
was. I am still getting some junk and spam mail also in their individual
folders. Just not any in my inbox.

Check the rules wizard (Tools | Rules and Alerts) and see if you have a rule
that deletes received messages.
